Cancellation Policy
Because of the nature of this event and the advanced planning that takes place (as well as our inability to replace you as an attendee once you reserve a seat), there is a £100 Workshop cancellation fee that is independent of any cancellation fees in connection with your hotel reservation. Once you register, if you cancel for any reason, you will receive a refund of your workshop fee less £100.

Video / Audio Recording Release Form
Because of the nature of this event, we will be video and / or audio taping this event for recording purposes. You understand that:

  • We will be recording the event;

  • You may or may not have your likeness / voice / questions / participation recorded at the event;

Use of Recording Devices at The Workshop

Hotel Rooms / Availability
The event will take place at the Renaissance Heathrow. Upon registration, we'll provide you with instructions on how you can book your hotel room if you need one. Any hotel room stay is, of course, independent from your workshop fee and paid directly to the hotel. Hotel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you need to bring a laptop?
No, you will not need a laptop at the workshop (unless you want to take notes on it).

Will there be Internet access available?
No, there will not be internet access available in the meeting space. My advice, take a couple days off from email.... I plan to :-)

What will *not* be covered at the workshop?
